S.O.A.P Mobile Car Detailing Indianapolis – Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment & Deposit Policy
:1- A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit reserves your scheduled time and is applied toward the total service cost.
:-2 All deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations or reschedules, as they cover scheduling and administrative costs.
2. Scope of Work
:-1 All services will be performed as described in the selected service package.
:-2 Any additional work requested outside of the agreed package will incur extra charges.
3. Liability for Loss or Damage
:-1 S.O.A.P Mobile Car Detailing Indianapolis is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles, personal items, or property on-site during or after service, except where caused by proven negligence.
:-2 Pre-existing damage will be documented before work begins.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
:-1 Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage before service begins.
:-2 S.O.A.P Mobile Car Detailing Indianapolis is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages, or deterioration of parts that occur during normal cleaning procedures.
:-3 All personal items must be removed before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
5. Payments
:-1 Final payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
:-2 Late payments may incur a service charge.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
:-1 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
:-2 Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
7. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
:-1 No-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
8. Delays & Weather
Services may be rescheduled in cases of heavy rain, storms, or adverse weather conditions affecting quality.
Services may also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, prior jobs taking longer than expected). We will communicate promptly with affected clients.
9. Customer Preparation
:-1 Customers must remove all personal belongings and trash before service.
:-2 Trash removal by our team will incur a $15 per row fee.
:-3 Undisclosed Vehicle Condition Surcharge – If the vehicle’s condition or size is not as described (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, size upgrade), a surcharge may apply.
10. Photos & Documentation
:-1 We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise before the appointment.
11. Property Condition
:-1 Vehicles must be safe and accessible for our staff to perform services.
:-2 We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle contains hazardous materials, sharp objects, infestations, or unsafe modifications.
12. Pre-existing Damage Disclaimer
:-1 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, fading, or wear.
:-2 Pre-service inspection photos may be taken for record-keeping.
13. Third-Party Contractors
:-1 If third-party contractors are used, S.O.A.P Mobile Car Detailing Indianapolis will oversee the quality of their work.
:-2 Liability for errors is limited to corrections as outlined in these terms.
14. Right to Refuse Service
:-1 We reserve the right to decline service to any client for safety, payment, or conduct reasons. In which no refunds will be issued.
15. Payment Terms
:-1 Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
:-2 We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
16. Agreement to Terms
:-1 By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
